We're not a travel agency and we don't operate the listed properties ourselves — we build and maintain this guide to make it easier to choose where to stay in the area, and to help you understand what there is to do in the Rodnei Mountains before you come.
How We Select Properties
Every property in our accommodation guide is genuinely located in Borșa, Moisei, or the immediate surroundings of the Rodnei Mountains. We check each property's location, type and amenities against publicly available information (booking platforms, official websites, Google Maps) and update it periodically. Ratings shown come from the sources explicitly named on each property page (for example Booking.com or TripAdvisor) — we don't generate or alter these scores ourselves.
Our Travel Guides
Alongside the accommodation list, we write travel guides to Rodnei Mountains National Park, hiking trails and the best season to visit. These guides are written from publicly available information about the area and are updated whenever we identify new or changed information. We always recommend confirming current trail conditions directly with Salvamont Maramureș or the park administration before any high-altitude hike.
Corrections and Suggestions
